Last Sunday, after feeling I had almost wasted all my weekend waiting for a friend who ended up flaking last minute (after postponing many times…), I decided to take a walk/run through the East River walkway.

The walk was two-fold, one to take advantage of the beautiful weather, and two, to take a look at the future path to re-take my biking skills which I dropped fifteen years ago…

I actually ended up walking about 7.5 miles.

Next step, I will keep my walks for the weekdays, and on weekends I will take my bike out..
